Public service system

Dongguan Fumuyuan Red Sandalwood Museum accepts the entrustment of units and individuals to store all kinds of wood products, wooden furniture, wooden accessories and other businesses with its own existing storage warehouse, equipment conditions and certain storage technology. At the same time, it provides the public with public services such as inquiry, appraisal, conservation, restoration, consultation and assistance of collection materials.

Article 1 In order to further strengthen the social service function of Dongguan Fumuyuan Red Sandalwood Museum, this system is specially formulated.

Article 2 The collections that are kept on behalf of the library shall be kept separately and shall not be stored in the same place as the collections of the library. The custody of collections is subject to the same conservation management system as other collections;

Article 3 The Department of Collection Protection shall be responsible for the conservation and restoration consultation and assistance services of museum collections.

Article 4 The scope of collection conservation, restoration consultation and assistance services mainly includes wood products, wooden furniture, wooden buildings and accessories.

Article 5 Personnel for conservation and restoration consulting and assistance services must have a kind attitude, use civilized language, and strictly abide by professional ethics and professional discipline when receiving consultation.

Article 6 If major problems or urgent conservation or restoration of collections are discovered during the consultation process, they shall clearly point out to the inquirer and promptly put forward professional opinions and suggestions.
