Acceptance of social donation management system

Chapter I: Institutional Basis

Article 1 In order to encourage donation, standardize donations and donations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of donors, and promote the development of Dongguan Fumuyuan Red Sandalwood Museum, this system is formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Donations for Public Welfare Undertakings and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of our museum.

Article 2: Donation activities shall be based on equality and voluntariness by both parties, shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, must not violate social morality, and must not harm the public interest and the lawful rights and interests of other citizens.

Chapter II: Scope and Criteria for Accepting Donations

Article 3 The Museum shall determine the scope of donations according to its own nature, exhibition needs and collection structure, mainly including old furniture, old wooden pieces, historical collections related to wood carving skills and categories that can fill the gaps in the collection.

Scope of donations:

(1) historical relics and materials reflecting the social system, social production and social life of various eras in history;

(2) historical collections and related materials reflecting classical Chinese furniture and wood carving craftsmanship;

(3) Objects and materials reflecting the humanistic history, ethnic customs, culture and art, arts and crafts, and religious beliefs of each era in history;

(4) Other collections and materials that need to be collected.

Chapter III Donation Methods

Article 4 Methods of Accepting Donations:

(1) Free donation: refers to the donor's free donation of currency, collections, kinds, etc. to the Fumuyuan Red Sandalwood Museum in Dongguan City;

(2) Paid donation: refers to the donor's conditional donation of collections, kinds, etc. to the Fumuyuan Red Sandalwood Museum in Dongguan City. Dongguan Fumuyuan Red Sandalwood Museum can negotiate donation conditions with donors.

Chapter IV Donation Operating Procedures

Article 5 Procedures for Accepting Donations:

1. The donor or institution shall provide the relevant staff responsible for collecting the items to be donated and explain the relevant information to prove the legitimacy of its source.

2. According to the scope and standard of donations accepted by our library, preliminarily screen and fill in the "Collection Collection Approval Form" and report to the curator for approval.

3. Paid donation shall agree with the donor or unit on the donation compensation fee according to the expert appraisal opinion and reference price, and the fee shall not exceed 30% of the expert estimate.

4. Sign a donation agreement to clarify the ownership and transfer of use rights involved in donated property.

5. Hold a donation ceremony and issue a donation certificate to the donor or transferor.

6. Respect and follow the wishes of the donor, properly collect and keep the donated collection, and display it according to the consultation opinion.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 6 The right of interpretation of these Measures shall be at the Fumuyuan Rosewood Museum in Dongguan City.

Article 7 This System shall take effect on the date of promulgation.
